Prices
Subject to change without notice. All prices are excluding VAT. Minimum quantity according to the respective packaging unit per product. Available as long as stock lasts. Subject to goods being unsold. All prices stop being valid from 23-09-15.
Ingredients & Declarations – Industrial property rights
Please be aware that the ingredients are the most up to date and can change subject to labelling guidelines or market conditions. The most recent ingredient list is included in the packaging. The ingredient list in our brochure is for your information only and does not exempt you from checking as part of your own duty of care against third parties or violation of any laws. Compensation or guarantee claims due to missing or incorrect labelling are not accepted. We are happy to provide you with a full ingredient list as well as nutritional values on request. We are not responsible for any violations against local health or food laws. Claims of compensation due to possible violations of license, trademark or patent law in other countries cannot be accepted. The seller is at their own risk relating to any cross-country patent laws.
Special blends – tea
We are happy to provide special blends as per your request from 4 kg per variety with a surcharge of 1,00 €/kg. For a minimum order of 6 kg per variety we won’t charge the surcharge. For packages less than 1 kg we charge 0,50 € per product.
Coffee
The coffee is packaged in stand up pouches with degassing valves, for quantities above 1.000 g in paper bags. According to prior agreement we can arrange for smaller or larger units. Stand up pouches are available in 250 g, 500 g and 1.000 g. The minimum order quantity for 250 g bags is six. Individual quantities are possible for 500 g bags and larger.
Accessories
The measurements and weight descriptions in the accessory sections are approximate and not binding.
Delivery
Minimum order value 500,00 €. All prices are valid from the warehouse in Norderstedt or Oststeinbek.
Payment
Net cash after goods are received. If paid via direct debit within seven days, you will receive a 2% discount. First time delivery only upon prepayment or cash on delivery.
Returns
Our goods should be checked immediately once received. Any complaints should be sent in writing within seven working days. The complaints should be marked thoroughly. If any faults appear at a later date, they should be reported immediately, at the latest seven working days after its discovery. It should be marked thoroughly; otherwise the guarantee will be invalid.
You will be responsible for postage of returns. We are unable to accept any goods without postage. Returns of seasonal or discounted products as well as special blends are only possible if there are production errors. Seasonal articles are articles that are only available in specific seasons or for specific events (i.e. products from our Christmas range.)
It is not possible to return goods due to an expired best before date. We offer a credit note with a 30% deduction and charged expeditures upon returning items due to reasons such as errors made when ordering.
Other information
Subject to changes, printing errors or other errors. Some products can vary in colour or design. Subject to changes in decoration. Redistribution of catalogue extracts or the entire catalogue is subject to or permission.
The sales conditions INT 12 can be found at www.intertee.de or to be requested by head office. All services will be fulfilled in Norderstedt or Oststeinbek, the place of jurisdiction is Kiel. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany is applicable.

The number of our check point is: DE-ÖKO-001.
