Tea Academy
We have been offering our customers a comprehensive training programme since 2008. In the beginning, this was aimed at "beginners" with topics about tea and the tea shop. Due to the great demand and our aim to teach you as much as possible about the most beautiful beverage in the world, there are now two training courses. The training courses are held in small groups at our company headquarters in Norderstedt, near Hamburg.
Our basic training
Target group:
For all those who are planning to open a tea shop or have recently opened one. Of course, we also welcome "old hands".
Content:
General tea knowledge, merchandise knowledge, all relevant topics on current food law and quality assurance in your tea shop. A professional tea tasting rounds off your acquired expertise. In addition to the specialist knowledge, you will receive your training documents to take home and a framed certificate for your specialist shop. Of course, you will be able to talk to the sales team after the training. If possible, our tea tasters and the quality assurance team will also be available during the basic training for further and individual questions.
Our advanced training

For all those who have already completed the basic training and now want to expand their knowledge about tea from Japan and China.
Content:
Building on the knowledge of the basic training, we focus on commodity knowledge and tea tasting. Due to the numerous qualities, the focus is on differentiating and evaluating them. The aim is to provide professional advice to your tea customers on the subject of China and Japan teas. In addition to specialist knowledge, we provide you with training materials and a framed certificate for your shop. After the training, you will have the opportunity to meet with our sales team. Our tea tasters and quality management team will be happy to answer any additional and individual questions you may have.
